All machinery needed for setting up a fully-automated agroprocessing factory are designed by TIAST Group’s Chinese experts. These experts have high-leveled engineering expertise in machinery design and have demonstrated their skills by designing well-structured machinery for crop processing. After the design stage, it is executed and built into a durable machinery with the world’s standards taken into consideration. With our installation services, the installation team provides great expertise by making sure that the machinery is unpacked, reassembled, realigned, connected to essential services and then tested exhaustively to ensure it works at peak operating efficiency when it finally goes into production. Machinery installation is one of the most critical parts of the whole process.Our Quality Control team are ready to make sure the machinery installed are standard.
Technical Training
Our aim to add value to agriculture through agricultural industrialization has the locals in mind as well. TIAST Group provides systematic technical training for operators, workshop directors and technical factory directors as well as discovering talents for turnkey projects. We have highly-qualified engineers who take the locals through a series of practical training in agricultural machinery engineering. With time, the locals are able to manage the agroprocessing factory built for you, the investor. This plays a significant role in providing employment opportunities for young graduates in the engineering sector. This technical training forms part of the realization of our localization agenda and the vision of creating a million jobs in the West Africa sub-region.
After sales Services
After setting up the factory, TIAST Group has a maintenance unit where a team of engineering experts provide periodic maintenance service to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the processing line. We assure you of quality after sales services as we keep providing the best services. The objective of the after sales service is to give customers the support they need to keep their machines operating at their highest level of quality.
