TIASTGROUP

Standard Rubber Processing

TIAST Group is a key driver in Africa’s agro-industrial transformation, and one of its innovative ventures includes the setup of fully integrated rubber processing factories. These factories are designed to transform natural rubber latex extracted from rubber trees into industrial-grade rubber sheets, blocks, and other products suitable for local use and export.

The rubber processing begins with latex collection from mature rubber trees, which is then coagulated using acid to form solid rubber. The coagulated rubber is passed through washing and rolling machines that remove impurities and shape it into sheets or crumbs. These are then dried in smokehouses or dryers, graded for quality, and packaged for industrial use in the manufacturing of tires, footwear, tubes, and rubber-based goods.

TIAST provides turnkey factory solutions, including engineering design, machinery installation, operator training, and after-sales service. Their rubber processing technology emphasizes efficiency, quality, and sustainability, enabling African farmers to add value to raw rubber and access higher-paying markets.

By investing in rubber processing infrastructure, TIAST Group not only enhances rural livelihoods but also strengthens Africa’s position in the global rubber supply chain, promoting industrial growth, job creation, and economic diversification.
